Are your products natural/organic?
- Yes, our products are formulated with 100% natural ingredients, of which many are organic ingredients!
Are your products cruelty-free?
- Yes, NO GUNK is strongly against animal testing. This is one of the reasons why our brand mascot is a ram.
What does "NO GUNK" mean?
- Great question Funky Fella. NO GUNK stands for products that are completely natural, organic & free from gunk. They will not leave a gunky residue on your hands or hair. We're also free from all that machismo marketing gunk that you're probably so fed up of!
How long does your Grooming Spray last?
- You'll get up to 4 months use with 50ml and double that with 100ml.
- It also has a long shelf life of 12 months after first use.
How long does your Styling Funk or Matte Lava Clay last?
- They are both available in tins of 50 grams (1.75oz). How long they last very much depends on how often you style your hair.
- Typically, customers get 2-3 months use out of them, though we've had some Funky Fellas tell us they've got up to a year!
How much product should I use to style my hair?
- Our products are naturally very rich, so a little goes a long way.
- We recommend you apply a small amount (the size of the home button on an iPhone) and heat up between your hands. For best results, apply on towel dry hair after the shower.

How long does delivery take?
UK
Our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service in the UK is between 2-4 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 takes just 1-2 business days.
DPD UK Express is typically delivered the next day after dispatch.
EU
At the moment, international parcels going to EU are being delivered between 5-7 working days from dispatch.
USA
At the moment, international parcels going to USA are being delivered between 5-7 working days from dispatch.
Australia, New Zealand & Singapore
At the moment, international parcels going to the Australia, New Zealand and Singapore are being delivered between 4-8 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
At the moment, international parcels going to the Rest of World are being delivered between 7-14 working days from dispatch.
What's your returns policy?
- At NO GUNK, we truly believe in our hair grooming products. Not for you? No problemo! Just return your product to us new or used within 14 days for a full refund (as long as it's not empty because that means you loved it, eh?) Please note that all delivery costs are paid for by the customer.
- To make a return using the NO GUNK Promise, simply contact us at help@nogunk.com so we can authorise your request and provide returns instructions. Terms and conditions apply. Only applies to first purchase of any product. Subject to fair usage.
